Dr. Gupta explains, “During the day, saliva acts as a natural defense and helps neutralize acids in food and prevents any damage to the enamel. Dr. Gupta suggests that instead of crashing after a long day, spend five minutes on yourself in the shower. Put on your favorite relaxing song, and do 3 quick steps.
