According to Grainger, Neck Rolls do an excellent job of making sure your neck stays relaxed, firm, and toned. Do it anytime, anywhere!

To do this exercise correctly and effectively, you can either sit or stand. Either way, you’ll want to check your posture to make sure you’re completely comfortable before you start. Once you’re ready, Granger instructs you, “Take a deep breath, and let your head slowly fall forward. Slowly move it to your left, and let it fall toward your left shoulder. Do your best to keep your shoulders relaxed while doing this. Mummifying them to bring your head closer to your shoulders will frustrate the target. Grainger is a fan of cardio, telling us that “cardiovascular exercise is especially helpful in burning calories, and reducing fat is the key to getting rid of those jaws.” “Any exercise routine that tries to sculpt your body should include a healthy dose of cardiovascular exercise,” she adds, and that includes sculpting your jaws.

While Grainger suggests adding a healthy dose of “jogging, cycling, rowing, or brisk walking” to your routine, you can also choose your favorite sport in addition to swimming in the summer or skiing and snowboarding in the winter.
