How To Stop Overthinking

Overthinking can really spoil the day if we don’t know how to manage it. As one of the most prevalent symptoms of anxiety, you must learn to control it, and that is exactly what you will learn today.

Wouldn’t it be nice to just flip a switch and stop all the monkey chatter and chatter? Well of course that would be awesome! Although it’s not exactly a key, you can pretty much learn to stop overthinking its paths.

How do you do it? You have to tackle the issues hanging in your mind and give the final blow decisively. Let’s define…

Worry Harms

You see, when we get anxious or spend a lot of time thinking about something, our minds are taxed. Even if we don’t think about it, the things that worry us remain “pending issues” in our brains.

In fact, anxiety warrior, these “pending issues” are so important that your anxiety can use them against you. The moment you address and fix these “hanging issues”, you remove the “weapons” of anxiety against you.

When we hold “issues stuck in our minds” we are subconsciously overwhelmed by open possibilities, and we are especially frustrated by that ugly potential outcome….this catastrophic prospect that we so dread.

This has a strong emotional and mental impact on us. If you think about it, it’s like living under constant threat.

So, how can we give this solution? How do we take all these open possibilities, the possibility of something terrible happening; And turn it into something not threatening?

How do we become rational in the face of all dangers and worries? How do we close all those “open doors”? How can we have peace of mind again?

Or maybe you think a lot about the time you messed up or the time you fooled yourself, and you reframe the situation back in your mind…
