How Changing Your Beliefs Will Make You Realize How Much Life Has To Offer

“Sometimes the best thing you can do is not think, wonder, fantasize, or obsess. Just breathe and believe that everything will work out for the best.” – Unknown

What are your prevailing beliefs about life? There is no right or wrong answer, but it is important to know what we believe in life. Do you agree that what you think determines your reality? I ask these questions because our beliefs are the canvas on which we paint the masterpiece of our lives.

Our beliefs are the repositories of our past and present reality. We gain great insights into ourselves by understanding our beliefs because they are the foundation upon which we build our lives. Likewise, we are unaware of the unlimited possibilities and opportunities available to us beyond our senses.

Life is a complex web, perfectly functioning and interconnected. What may appear to be a disorder and dysfunction is actually a well-organized system that works on its own. For example, how do the planets know the exact order of rotation around each other in the solar system? How does the human body work with thousands of complex biological processes? Yes, things may deviate from our physical health, however, I don’t think this is the fault of Mother Nature so much as it is the fault of our thinking.

Life has so much to offer us, and we get to a tiny fraction of what is possible.

Do you agree that we live in a loving world? Or do you think the universe is a hostile place? It requires examining your beliefs and determining if you are open to changing them. In my twenties and for the better part of my early thirties, I thought the universe was a hostile place. I was sure that my hardships were bringing me back to life because of mistakes.

How changing your beliefs will make you realize how much life has to offer

Naturally, I worked to change my opinions and over time I changed my beliefs. I am not asking you to change your beliefs but to think of a possible alternative reality that is beyond your senses. I invite you to dip your toe in the possibility that this reality can consist of love, kindness, and compassion. Requires activation inner wisdom To go along with this charitable force.

If I were to share one piece of wisdom gained over the years, it is this: Everything you see and experience is not what it seems. Your hardships, disappointments, setbacks, and challenges are not meant to belittle you but rather to awaken you to your true strength. Changing our beliefs helps us experience a distinct reality that already exists but is hidden from our level of consciousness.

Therefore, when we expand our awareness, we realize the true nature of our reality. We recognize that our challenges and disappointments help us develop the core of who we truly are – spiritual beings with earthly experience. We begin to experience better conditions based on our level of consciousness. To prove this point, think of a life-changing experience that happened 10 or 15 years ago. Try to understand how you thought about what happened and compare it to how you think about it now. Would it be fair to say that you changed your view of the event?

Sure, you might say that the passage of time has allowed you to heal emotional wounds. What if the level of growth you’ve experienced over the years is the main factor in seeing this situation differently? What I’m trying to say is: When we expand our minds, we move from pain and disappointment to joy and freedom. We can’t rush the process any further than wish we could fall in love with a new love interest.
