Garnished with zesty lemon thyme, this baked feta with manuka honey makes a wonderful vegetarian dish.
The feta is usually crumbly, but turns out to be creamy and silky in the oven. Made with sheep or goat’s milk, it’s a low-fat alternative to most other types of cheese.
We recommend serving with salad and plenty of crunchy whole grain bread.
