Have you been feeling completely tired lately? Have you tried different solutions to physical and mental fatigue but none of them worked? This may be because our struggles are sometimes not just physical or mental in nature. Sometimes, it’s not just our body or mind but our spirit being tired.
“soul exhaustionOr “soul sickness” can occur if we ignore the cries of our souls for too long and do not pay proper attention to our spiritual well-being.
One of the most common signs of mental fatigue is the desire to sleep longer than usual and the inability to perform even basic functions such as eating or exercising on time.
If we don’t pay attention to these warning signs in the initial stages, it can lead to serious long-term health problems such as chronic anxiety or major depression.
When our spirits are stressed, we may also feel very sensitive and irritable and experience a constant feeling of living on the edge.
If we continue to live like this without taking time to take care of our souls, sooner or later we will undergo an emotional breakdown.
The most common signs and symptoms of soul fatigue to watch for:
1) You suffer from unexplained aches and pains.
Our mind, body, and spirit are connected to each other. If there is any malfunction in one of them, it will affect the other. Therefore, if our soul or heart is tired, he may try to get our attention by creating physical disturbances in our bodies.
We may experience unexplained aches and pains, dizziness, nausea, migraines, tension headaches, blurred vision, or digestive problems without any medical reasons.
2) You feel anxious or panic attacks.
When the soul is tired, we may find it difficult to find peace and the whole world may seem dark and confusing.
We may try different ways to make us happy by experiencing things that used to give us joy earlier but none of these are working now and this can lead to feelings of dread and hopelessness causing anxiety or panic attacks.

3) Difficulty dealing with challenges and conflicts that come your way.
The ups and downs are part of life and we are generally ready to deal with them but when our soul gets tired, we may not have the strength to deal with the minor challenges or difficulties life throws our way.
It is very important to take a step back and take some time to fulfill our spiritual desires whether by going to yoga, meditation, silence or spiritual retreats to gain energy to face life’s challenges.
4) Suffer from insomnia.
If we are not in a happy and peaceful state, it becomes impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Even if we can sleep for a few hours, it will be full of worrying thoughts or nightmares and we will wake up feeling tired and exhausted.
Then we go through all day like zombies, unable to give our attention to any task at hand.

5) You feel negative emotions such as bitterness, anger, resentment, or jealousy.
We all feel negative emotions sometimes, but when our body and mind don’t align with our spirit, we will feel negative emotions like bitterness, anger, resentment or jealousy frequently and intensely.
If we have been feeling more negative emotions such as anger, jealousy, or bitterness recently while we were able to feel love, compassion, and joy earlier, it may be because our soul is tired and demands our attention.
